I led the research on a feature that makes filing a claim just a bit better and faster.
The results were so good, leadership gave the go ahead to roll the feature out nationwide.

Building a data driven customer research department from scratch.

I owned and expanded the Power Users research division, where we created a framework to validate ideas with quantitative data. The result? A reliable, repeatable process to test ideas before they go live (and fail).
